Water Authority General Manager Issues Statement on Governor Newsom’s Expanded Drought Proclamation

Sandra L. Kerl, general manager of the San Diego County Water Authority, issued the following statement on today’s expanded drought declaration and proclamation of a state emergency by Gov.
