The member agency shall determine the size of the water meter to serve any property within its jurisdiction. In the event an agency calculates the water demand by the Equivalent Dwelling Unit ("EDU") method, the Water Authority's System Capacity Charge and Water Treatment Capacity Charge will be collected based on the size of meter actually installed to meet flow demand.
Capacity Charges are paid through member agencies. For further information concerning these charges, please contact your member agency.
