Wondering where to find more business opportunities?
The San Diego County Water Authority and its 23 member agencies will host the fifth annual “Creating Paths to Partnerships Networking Forum” to provide information to contractors, consultants, vendors, small businesses and suppliers about contracting opportunities in the water industry in San Diego County.
The event will take place from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Nov. 13, 2003 at the Doubletree Hotel Mission Valley, 7450 Hazard Center Drive, San Diego CA 92108 and includes workshop sessions, agency roundtables and networking opportunities. Reo Carr, editor in chief for The Daily Transcript will provide the luncheon keynote address.
Registration is $50 per person on or before Oct. 17, $60 after Oct. 17 and $70 at the door. A portion of each registration supports the Paths to Partnerships Scholarship Program, which assists local high school seniors to further their education in disciplines related to the water industry. Last year’s event resulted in $23,000 in scholarship awards to qualifying students. Donations to the scholarship program in addition to the registration fee are welcome and appreciated.
