Olivenhain 11 Flow Control Facility

Project Background

The San Diego County Water Authority is planning a flow control facility replacement project located in the community of Elfin Forest, Escondido.  The project is called Olivenhain 11 Flow Control Facility and involves replacing an existing flow control facility in place.  The new facility will include demolishing the existing facility, constructing a new reinforced concrete structure and vaults, installing 20-inch steel pipe, venturi meter, and valves, constructing curb and gutter, and site grading.

These improvements will allow the Water Authority to continue providing a safe and reliable water supply to Olivenhain Municipal Water District.
