Water Authority in the Community
Informing the community about the issues that affect their water supply as well as important projects and programs that help to fulfill the mission of providing a safe and reliable water supply to the region is a top priority for the Water Authority.
The Water Authority has a long standing commitment to community participation and outreach. Last year, Board members and staff presented to more than 100 business, community, and civic groups.
In communities with active or proposed Water Authority construction projects, open communication is paramount to ensure awareness of neighborhood impacts. To learn more about construction-related project outreach, click here.
