Sheltered Market Program
The Sheltered Market Program designates competition for certain contracts to small, registered, certified businesses only.
The Sheltered Market Program applies to procurements that are greater than $10,000 and up to $150,000, and for which there is a competitive pool of three or more small businesses in The Network, the Water Authority’s online vendor registration and solicitation notification system.
This unique collaboration conference is presented in alliance with the Small Business Development Center, Regional Construction Procurement Committee, the Public Agency Consortium, and the State of California Department of General Services.
Attendees have the opportunity to learn directly from top decision-makers about industry hot topics and public agency collaborations, participate in open dialogue and interactive question-and-answer sessions, and visit contractor, consultant, vendor, and public agency exhibits
Visit the event web page at www.pathsreg.org for more information.
