Paths to Partnerships Regional Forum

This unique collaboration conference is presented annually in alliance with the Regional Construction Procurement Committee, the Public Agency Consortium, and the State of California Department of General Services Small Business, and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise programs.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn directly from top decision-makers about industry hot topics and how public agencies in San Diego are collaborating to streamline bidding and contracting processes. Open dialogue will be encouraged during interactive, question-and-answer sessions. Attendees can also visit contractor, consultant, vendor, and public agency exhibits and receive a two-year look-ahead of upcoming public agency projects.

Operation Opportunity

The San Diego Supplier Development Council seeks to improve member's procurement and subcontracting performance by creating opportunities for emerging and underutilized small businesses.


The Council meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. For meeting locations or to make reservations, please refer to the Council's web site www.sdsdc.org

Once a year, the Council hosts Operation Opportunity. Operation Opportunity is a great networking event for small businesses looking to work with the public sector and/or the defense industry.
