San
Diego Contracting Opportunities Center - The San Diego Contracting Opportunities
Center (SDCOC), also known as Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC),
assists San Diego small businesses in how to do business with federal, state
and local government agencies. This assistance is provided at no cost to the
small business owner. The center is funded by local government agencies and
the Department of Defense.

Costa College: North County Small Business Development Center - Small
Business Development Centers (SBDC) assist small
businesses and entrepreneurs by answering business questions along with providing
resources helping to start and/or expand your business. Services are provided
at no cost (a small fee for some seminar and workshops may apply).
Southwestern College: South County Small Business Development and International Trade Center (SBDC and CITD)- SBDC and CITD provides a unique set of resources to assist potential and existing businesses achieve success. Women's
Business Center of California - The Women's Business Center of California
(WBCC) assists female and male entrepreneurs starting, expanding, or enhancing small businesses by providing a variety of services free, or for a nominal charge. Areas of focus include technical training and education through seminars, workshops, and classes; assistance in specific areas via one-on-one counseling; support through mentoring, and networking and access to resources and information through events and community collaboration.

Council (SDSDC), formerly the San Diego Minority Supplier Development Council,
seeks to create
opportunities for emerging and underutilized small businesses.
U.S. Small Business Administration Pro-Net/Central Contractor Registration (CCR) - CCR was created to be the single repository of vendor data for the entire DoD to avoid this administrative duplication and allow contractors to take responsibility for the accuracy of their own important business information by supplying it directly to the government through a single registration.
