Tijuana River Valley Wetlands Mitigation This project converts fallow agricultural fields to wetlands by establishing a permanent hydraulic connection to the Tijuana river. WaterSmart Conservation Website Development The San Diego County Water Authority is seeking proposals from qualified firms for professional services to develop a water conservation website. This will include but is not limited to user-friendly navigation, graphics, interactivity, and additional tools, such as search engine, database capabilities, and secure login. The WaterSmart website should be visually appealing, cost-effective, easy to use, interactive, architecturally sound, and flexible enough to support Water Authority Internet needs for five to eight years.
