Library
The SDCWA library contains about 10,000 documents, plus photographs, periodicals,
pamphlets, videos, maps, and other materials related to the Water Authority
and its mission. In addition to Water Authority reports, the Library contains
many documents from the Metropolitan
Water District, the California
Department of Water Resources, and from the Authority's member
agencies.
In addition to general water resources information, other subjects include:
- population trends
- Colorado River and State Water Project
- wetlands & watersheds
- climatic impact on water supply
- water district administration
For general water supply research, please consult your local public library
or university library. For research specific to the Water Authority and its
mission, the library is available to the public by appointment by calling 858-522-6700
or by e-mail at info@sdcwa.org.
