Cooling Tower Conductivity Controllers
Voucher Discount: up to $625 per CTCC or up to $1,900 per pH CTCC
New discounts for pH controllers lead to even greater water and energy savings and longer equipment life. A properly functioning conductivity controller helps automated monitoring and control. Reductions in scaling, bleed-off water and chemical use add up to significant 24/7 savings.
Guideline:
Controllers that automatically monitor and maintain pH levels of recirculated water may qualify for the $1,900 voucher discount.
Toilets
Voucher Discount: up to $135 per ultra-low-flush toilet or up to $165 per high-efficiency toilet
 You’ll save more than 60% every time you flush. Pre-1981 toilets us 5-7 gallons of water per flush, compared to the 1.28 – 1.6 gallons per flush used by these water-efficient toilets.
Guidelines:
- Toilets must replace fixtures that are specified by their manufacturers to use at least 3.5 gallons per flush.
- High-efficiency toilets must be selected from the list of models approved by the Water Authority.
- Toilets installed as part of new construction or restroom additions do not qualify.
- Properties built after 1994 do not qualify.
- Vouchers may be applied to the cost of the toilet tank, bowl & sales tax.

Urinals
Voucher Discount: up to $200 per high-efficiency urinal or up to $400 per zero-water urinal
 You’ll save 66% -100% with each use. Pre-1989 urinals use 3 or more gallons of water compared to the 0.5 gallon, or less, used by high-efficiency or zero-water urinals.
Guidelines:
- Urinals using 0.5 gallon or less per flush and waterless models are acceptable.
- New urinals must replace existing urinals specified by their manufacturer to use 3.0 gallons per flush or more.
- Urinals installed as part of new construction or restroom additions do not qualify.
- Properties built after 1994 do not qualify.
- Vouchers may be applied to the cost of the urinal and sales tax.

Connectionless Food Steamers
Voucher Discount: up to $485 per compartment
Food service establishments use food steamers to maintain or warm food. New water-efficient, connectionless (pressureless) food steamers are now available.
Guidelines:
- Steamers must replace older inefficient fixtures.
- Steamers must be on qualifying list.

Pre-Rinse Spray Valves
Voucher Discount: up to $60 per spray valve
The amount of water used to pre rinse dishes is significant. Replacing old, high volume kitchen sprayers with a high-velocity, low-flow model can save water and energy.

- Pre-rinse spray valves are available for commercial properties only.
- Spray valves must replace inefficient models.

Waterbrooms
 Voucher Discount: up to $150 per waterbroom
Save time and money when cleaning tennis courts, pool decks, kitchens, outdoor eating areas, sidewalks, and more. Waterbrooms can save 5 – 15 gallons per minute and clean in about 75% less time.

- Waterbroom vouchers are available for commercial properties only.
- Not all water agencies are participating.

High-Efficiency Clothes Washers
Voucher Discount: up to $210 for single-load high-efficiency clothes washer (HEW) 
Installing highly efficient commercial clothes washers in laundromats and multi-family common-use laundry facilities significantly reduces water and energy consumption.
Guidelines:
- Vouchers apply to qualifying washers and must be presented at the time of equipment purchase or lease.
- Vouchers are redeemable by participating equipment suppliers.
