Be WaterSm"ART" Essay Contest

Who participated: Students in San Diego County, Grade 2 - Grade 6

Here's How It Worked: Students wrote an essay, poem, or letter (50-250 words) along with one drawing sharing their response to the phrase, “Being watersmart is cool because…”

Thank you to all of the students for their wonderful entries this year and to all of the parents and teachers that helped support them.  We received over 400 fantastic entries from students all over San Diego County and we are very impressed with the obvious commitment that students in our county have toward using water efficiently in San Diego and their plans to continue spreading this important message.
