All About Water (K-3rd grade)
This book contains 26 experiments and activities about water conservation, water quality, water distribution, the water cycle, and fresh and salt water. The activities are interdisciplinary.
Geography of Water (4th-8th grade)
This series of six maps of California teaches and integrates specific geographic and water-related concepts. By completing these maps, students learn about the state’s physical features, precipitation, population, industry and agriculture, and managing California’s water supply. The curriculum includes a teacher’s guide for each map, reproducible student maps and lessons.
Water Ways (5th grade)
Water Ways supplements the fifth-grade social studies curriculum. Using language arts, music and art, this activity-oriented unit encourages student participation in examining the role of water in North American history: Pre-Columbian, Colonial and the Westward Movement. The program comes with a teacher's guide and a set of 35 large-format student booklets. Consumable materials may be reordered.
Water Times (6th grade)
This water education newspaper integrates science, social studies, language arts and math. There are interesting news articles and stories that are relevant to the lives of sixth-graders and engaging, challenging activities that create an awareness and stewardship of water. The program includes consumable student newspapers and a teacher’s guide.
Water Works (6th-12th grade)
The program features a water industry video; activities addressing real-life challenges faced by water professionals; a collection of a wide variety of positions in the water industry detailing the necessary skills, requirements, responsibilities and education for each position; and a CD containing all the career profiles, a video of interviews of water professionals and a virtual tour of their work area.

Water Qualities (7th-12th grade)
This is a hands-on and inquiry-based approach to water quality issues faced by the water industry and society. The low- to no-cost activities cover: pH, total dissolved solids, turbidity, hardness, watershed management, Cryptosporidium, and public health. Unit includes: teacher's guide, student materials, lesson extensions and glossary.

Water Politics (9th-12th grade)
This unit consists of
case studies relating to contemporary water issues. Through critical thinking
and role-playing activities, students investigate the role of various agencies
and special interest
groups. The teacher’s guide includes: lesson plans, student materials, a video,
a California’s Water
Resources
map, and accompanying worksheets and materials for each case study.
