Desired Outcomes from Retreat:

  1. The Board has reviewed the Key Result Areas, understands them, and is recommitted to moving forward; there is a special focus on the Leadership KRA and the Board takes a personal interest in moving forward. They “own” it.
  2. The SP/BP integration is how we do business.
  3. The Board leaves with “confidence” in facing a tough 09/10 time period (drought, rate increases, economic downturn, etc). We have guarded optimism for our water future.
  4. No action will be taken at the Retreat. Issues identified as requiring action will be placed on the agenda of a future regular Board meeting.

NOTE : All public documents provided to the Board for this meeting including materials related to an item on this agenda and submitted to the Board of Directors within 72 hours prior to this meeting may be reviewed at the San Diego County Water Authority headquarters located at 4677 Overland Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123 at the reception desk during normal business hours.
