2. Roll call - Determination of a Quorum.
- Opportunity for members of the public to address the Board regarding agenda items for this meeting.
- Approve the minutes of the SCOOP Committee meeting of November 15, 2005.
- Review the SCOOP quarterly report for the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2006.
- Presentation on the Contracting Opportunities Center (COC) by Gunnar Schalin, Program Director, COC.
- Staff presentation on good faith efforts to conduct outreach on Water Authority projects.

NOTE : This meeting is being called as a SCOOP Committee meeting. Because a quorum of the Board may be present, the meeting is also noticed as a Special Board Meeting. Members of the Board who are not members of the SCOOP Committee may participate in the meeting pursuant to Section 2.00.060(i) of the Authority Administrative Code (Recodified). All items on the agenda, including information items, may be deliberated and become subject to action.
